Every wedding under KWS supervision adheres to Kosher Lamehadrin Min Hamehadrin standards. Supervision is managed by an experienced Mashgiach and team, who typically arrive on the island four days prior to the wedding to oversee the entire preparation process. This ensures that every element, from kitchen setup to final service, aligns perfectly with kosher laws.
The partnership with Fosh Catering not only brings Michelin-starred quality to kosher menus but also ensures that couples and their guests experience the best of Spain’s hospitality while remaining true to their faith. Additionally, under the guidance of Rabbi Meir Bar Hem of the CIB Jewish community, KWS holds official certification to manage kosher weddings at the highest standard.
